Included are two driveway parking spaces on the side by the garage. A sidewalk will lead you to the front door. NOTE: The garage is not accessible to vehicles.

There is additional free street parking on Dally’on Ave and on Minorca Ave.

We provide a portable crib, bassinet, changing station combo

Check-in Instructions: Guests will receive a unique front door code on the morning of your check-in date that will be activated to access the property at 4PM. 

No Parties, events or loud gatherings. This includes loud music, yelling, screaming and fireworks or any other loud disturbances originating on the property including the courtyard. We love our neighbors!

Quite time is between 10 PM and 7 AM.

Fishing Poles ( You will need to provide your own hooks, lures, bait etc.)

A short 5 block walk to the foot of the Bridge of Lions downtown awaits on the other side!

Maximum of 7 adults and 1 child. One bedroom has a twin over a full size bunkbed ( Pirates Hideaway bedroom)There is an exception if there is an infant which could be in the primary bedroom (Captains Quarter's) NOTE: We do provide a portable combination playpen/bassinet/changing station if needed.

Courtyard also features overhead string lights and water fountain with underwater accent lighting.

One Dog less than 35 pounds are allowed. Cats are not allowed.

The fire extinguisher is hanging on the wall in the laundry room. Also, there is a fire blanket for emergency use  in case of a stovetop fire.
If the water to the house needs to be turned off in case of an emergency, there are two shut-off vales. 
1.To the Right of the stairs on the wall as you exit the house. This shut-off is for the guest bath, kitchen and laundry room. 
2.The on-suite bathroom shut-off is on the West side of the outside of the house where the bath is located. 

No smoking or vaping allowing in the house. We do have a designated smoking area outside in the courtyard.

My wife, Carmen, and I enjoy offering our home to families so they can create long life memories with their family and friends. 

51ft by 14ft courtyard w/9ft high walls giving guests a total private outdoor experience!
